Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us, so we have a simple 7-day return policy for all tech products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can send it back and get a full refund.

Here's how it works:

Contact us within 7 days of getting your order and tell us why you want to return the product.

We'll send you a shipping label to return the item.

Pack up the product securely and send it back to us.

Once we receive it, we'll process your refund within 10 business days.

There are a few things that can't be returned:

Products that have been used or damaged.

Products missing parts or accessories.

Products bought on sale or clearance.

Refund

We'll refund the money to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will go back to your account. For Bank or any other local payment methods in Pakistan, we'll send the refund to your account.
